Label Tech trust in the nyloflex® Xpress Thermal Processing System from Flint
One of the early adopters of the nyloflex® Xpress Thermal Processing System, Label Tech Inc. of Somersworth, New Hampshire, was intrigued with the synergistic approach taken by Flint Group in the development of its thermal plate processor. Label Tech had been experiencing difficulties with its current platemaking system and needed a more reliable solution for the production of its premium quality, pressure sensitive labels.

New leadership in the UK Self-adhesive Materials Division
The UK subsidiary of self-adhesive materials specialist HERMA has completed a change in its management: as of January 1st, 2019, Paul Eggbeer has taken over from long-standing Divisional Director, Colin Phillips. HB Label Print installs first Mark Andy LED-UV press in Ireland
Dublin-based HB Label Print is the first narrow web converter in Ireland (and the UK) to install a Mark Andy press with LED-UV curing. The new eight-color P4 Performance Series press is the third Mark Andy purchased by the company since it was established in 2002 and is the first 13” (330mm) at the plant – the two existing Mark Andy 2200 lines both have the 10” (254mm) web width.
