Aleyant Extends Integration with HP PrintOS

  • Publicado el 20 de Noviembre de 2017

Aleyant, an innovative leader in providing robust software services to the graphic communications industry at value-driven prices, today announced that it has integrated its Pressero Web-to-Print solution with HP’s PrintOS Site Flow and PrintOS Box apps, making it the first HP solutions program partner to accomplish both integrations.

PrintOS Box is a cloud-based file exchange app that streamlines the process of receiving files, verifying their content, and quickly moving them into production. PrintOS Site Flow is a production management app that can easily be connected to a variety of systems for a complete order-to-ship-to-invoice automated production workflow.

“We are pleased to extend our relationship with Aleyant with these two integrations,” says Bob Raus, Manager of Workflow and Partner Programs at HP. “Aleyant has been collaborating with us since the spring of 2015 and was an early participant in the HP PrintOS cloud-based ecosystem when it was announced in the spring of 2016. By pre-integrating Pressero with HP PrintOS Box and PrintOS Site Flow, our customers have access to an affordable yet robust and easy-to-use Web-to-Print solution that integrates seamlessly into the HP PrintOS ecosystem. Our customers can literally connect their Pressero and PrintOS accounts in less than five minutes and start sending jobs to production, making it easier to efficiently receive and process large numbers of jobs each day.”

With this integration, Pressero acts as the receiver for work coming into the plant and seamlessly moves files to HP PrintOS Box, with production efficiently managed from order submission all the way to shipping by HP PrintOS Site Flow. “Many of our customers have a large number of Pressero sites, customized for each of their customers,” explains Greg Bane, Aleyant’s Channel Manager. “With this integration, hundreds, or even thousands, of jobs can flow into the system daily and be automatically handed off for automated preflighting, imposition and streamlined job submission to HP and non-HP printers in PrintOS Box and lights-out fully automated prepress, production tracking, scheduling and shipping through Site Flow.

Two-way communication between Pressero and HP PrintOS ensures that all data is transferred to the appropriate systems without the need for human intervention. This increases throughput, reduces the opportunity for human error, reduces time to get orders out the door and makes sales reps and customer service representatives much more efficient. With this integrated offering, jobs from a variety of customers can be automatically organized for the most efficient production. And if there are multiple items in each order, they are seamlessly reunited at the end of production for shipping and invoicing. We look forward to continuing to enhance our relationship with HP and helping to make the print production process more efficient for print service providers of all types and sizes.”
